Dave has over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Based in Coventry and Warwickshire running a variety of classes from Cardiac rehabilitation, Chronic respiratory disease, Postural Stability, GP Referral, Exercise following Stroke, Chair based exercise and Exercise to music.

He holds qualifications in Education and Training, Vocational Assessing and Internal Quality Assurance.

Dave lives in Coventry with his wife Kay and the cats. A father of three grown up children and has three granddaughters.
