On your enrolment day, you’ll be enrolled onto a CPD course page on our e-learning portal. Although there is no online learning required, this will allow you to introduce yourself, or ask questions on our forum.
Just as a reminder, you are invited to attend a live presentation with Dawn Skelton in the week prior to the face to face day. Details of which are still to be confirmed.

Please meet at reception where you will be directed to the training room.
Only roadside (pay and display) parking available.
Please bring a packed lunch and refreshments. Alternatively ASDA is a 5 minute walk away.
Bring your own mat if you wish not to get to the floor without one. Bring your own preferred resistance band /collection of coloured bands
PSI CPD Agreement to Participate
- LLT tutors will not tailor exercise for your personal requirements or offer you training advice.
- You are required to self-manage your exercise participation and monitor your intensity, effort and level of challenge. You will not be asked to role play.
