Help us double the number of FaME sessions for older people in Greater Manchester and the South West – with N-FIT

We want to enable older people to get up, stay up and live their best lives. To do this, we are part of a new multi-agency National FaME Implementation Team. Our aim is to DOUBLE to provision of FaME falls prevention exercise sessions (delivered by PSIs with fidelity to the evidence base essentials) in Greater Manchester and the South West of England by the end of 2023.
